Across the Pond Guitar Festival / New Orleans & AmsterdamVan finger-picking virtuositeit, geïnspireerd door klassieke muziek, jazz of prog-rock, tot folky songs en gedurfde improvisaties. Verwacht gitaristen die verschillende muzikale landschappen creëren, uit VS, Canada en Nederland en ook drums en lap steel gitaar.
Virtuoze gitarist uit New Orleans, Jimmy Robinson en folk pop singer-songwriter uit Amsterdam Lily Kiara begonnen in 2014 samen te touren. Zij nodigden lokale muzikanten uit met hen het podium te delen en zo ontstond het Across The Pond Guitar Festival. In New Orleans gebeurt dit in het Jazz Museum in de Old U.S. Mint.
