Music of two female Dutch composers, Hermina Maria Dijk & Henriette Bosmans.
What did Dutch women compose in the late 1800s, early 1900s? Violinist Lonneke van Straalen plays works by Hermina Maria Dijk and Henriette Bosmans together with pianist Yang Yang Cai. The work of these women is combined with the Sonata for piano and violin by contemporary César Franck.
