This fine and rich tradition of Brazilian music that combines tasteful melodies, harmonies and rhythms brings a subtle balance between complex structures and spontaneity. It is a rare combination of warmth and virtuosity. Whether you heard about this tradition or are totally new to it we’ll be honored to have you there and enjoy the sounds. The Roda will be lead by composer Lionel “Lonny” Ziblat.
If you already play Choro’s and feel that you have a sufficient level, we may be able to find a spot for you. Maybe you can play a tune, or sing one of the Choro songs? If that’s the case, please consult with Lionel who will discuss the rules with you and try to find you a spot to join us. (Send a mail to Lonny.)
