Double bill: Luke Deane // Duo Cobogó

In the first act, Splendor member and songsmith Luke Deane presents and sings his songs, plainly at the grand piano. Melodies which fill up your heart, and lift your imagination to new places!

For the second act, we will hear: Duo Cobogó. Combining North Indian Classical Music Brazilian popular music, Jazz and the music from the Eastern Mediterranean region, the duo reimagines musical genres, challenging common perceptions that come when we think about musical styles. In every note and rhythm, Duo Cobogó embodies the spirit of innovation and cultural fusion, inviting audiences into a realm where music is a universal language that transcends geographical and traditional boundaries. Join us on this musical adventure, where each performance is a journey of emotional highs and lows, from tranquil melodies that evoke serene landscapes to exhilarating rhythms that capture the vibrant essence of human expression.

Member concert
Splendor can only be the independent and free hub that it is, thanks to the members who support us. We pay them back with our specialty: music. Every year, all Splendor musicians play one concert that's free for this crucial group to whom Splendor owes its everyday existence. Combined with many other events, this means that our members have free entrance to about 80 concerts a year for €9,99 p/m (and €4,99 p/m for minima and students!) – and receive a discount for all other concerts. Pretty good deal, right?

The members enable Splendor to remain independent, which is the only way to secure real freedom in programming, experimentation, risk-taking and the promotion of young, upcoming artists.
