Located in the heart of Amsterdam, the historic Splendor building is available to rent for meetings, conferences, rehearsals, live streams and private concerts as well as for audio and film recordings.

Two halls
Splendor offers a large hall (100 m²) and a small hall (60 m²). Both halls include theater lighting, state-of-the-art audio and HD video. Two grand pianos are available for either hall: a Steinway C in the large hall and a Yamaha C7 in the small hall.
Both halls offer maximum flexibility, accommodating multiple performing and seating arrangements, based on the situation and size of public. The modular stage elements makes tailor-made concerts settings easy to organize. Splendor’s performance spaces are well isolated for sound, making both the large and small hall ideal locations for audio recording.
Splendor’s two halls are located on the ground level, accessible by entering the front door and ascending a short stairway. All floors of the building are wheelchair accessible through a separate entrance where heavy decor and instruments can also be transported (maximum of 500Kg).
Zolder
The attic
The very popular attic in Splendor features soft natural light and a picturesque canal view. This lovely space is furnished with a meeting table, a large sofa and an upright piano. It is ideal for workshops, meetings and brainstorm sessions for 10 to 20 people. The attic is also used for receptions, presentations and chamber music concerts with a maximum of 40 people.
