First of all, thank you! As a Splendor member you help make possible our meeting place, club, workspace, musical laboratory and much, much more.

Splendor is a place where musicians and public come closer together. Music is a majestic and essential part of life. It connects people through experience as well as emotion. In Splendor, this is what we celebrate every day.

In exchange for your support, you'll get free admission to all members concerts given by our Musicians (50 per year). Moreover, as a Splendor member you will receive a discount for all other concerts.

Log in

Go to our agenda for an overview of all (planned) concerts. Order your free Member ticket by clicking on 'Tickets' and log in. Or go through this step-by-step plan as follows:

  • Go to agenda
  • Click on the relevant event
  • Click on tickets
  • You now arrive at 'the user side' of the Splendor website
  • At the top left, click MENU
  • Click on LOGIN
  • Log in with your details
  • You can now 'buy' tickets

If all member seats are booked for a certain concert, you can still buy a ticket with the special member discount.

Member pass

All members receive a member pass. The barcode on your pass is your admission ticket for all concerts you ordered a ticket for: that means you never have to print a ticket again. Whether you buy a € 0 ticket for a concert or a discount ticket, our system keeps track of all your tickets automatically and links them to your Member pass.

How can I reserve my free member ticket or discount ticket?

Splendor members can log in to our ticketshop, after which the member prices appear.

How to log in:

1. Go to agenda
2. Click on the concert you’d like to visit
3. Click on tickets
4. You now arrive at 'the user side' of the Splendor website
5. At the top left, click MENU
6. Click on LOGIN
7. Log in with your details
8. You can now 'buy' tickets!

In our agenda all concerts are listed in chronological order, and through this link you can easily see which concerts have recently been added.

I've just became a Splendor member, when do receive my Member Pass?

We'll make your Splendor member pass within a week of your registration. You can get it at our box office the first time you visit a concert at Splendor.

How can I create a password to reserve Member tickets for free?

Click here and enter your e-mail address. Please note: this has to be the email address you provided when registering as a member. Then click on the white button to the right of Reset and you will immediately receive an email from 'Splendor - Tickets' with a link to set a password.

I've lost my Member Pass or haven't yet received it but want to attend to a concert now! What should I do?

No problem, we'll be able to find your name and reservation in our system. For new members: We'll make your Member pass as quickly as possible!

Have you lost your card, please send us an email via leden@splendoramsterdam.com and we will make a new card for you. You can pick it up at the box office within a week normally.

I've forgotten my password, what now?

Click here and fill in your email address. Make sure that this email address is the same one you've used before. Click on the white button to the right of 'Reset' and you'll receive an email from 'Splendor - Tickets' right away. The email will contain a link to create a new password.

I want to change my password, how do I that?

I don't remember which email address I've used with Splendor

Send us an email at leden@splendoramsterdam.com and let us know which email you'd like to use from now on. We'll replace the old one and we'll send you a confirmation by email.

I'm not able to reserve a ticket, what's going on?

These are the most common problems:

- Perhaps you've already reserved a ticket for the same concert. Read below how you can check this yourself.

- A membership is always linked to only one email address. When you try to order tickets with a different email address, the system won't be able to recognize you. Always use the same email address to log in.

- Possibly your house mate is still logged into the ticket system and needs to log out first. To log out, have them go to the menu in the left hand upper corner (three lines) and click on 'LOG OUT'. Now you can log in with your own email address and password. The member price will now appear. Note: if you'd like to use the same email address to order tickets, see below: How can I reserve tickets for two members at the same time?

- Your membership has expired. Perhaps you've missed the reminder to renew. Or it could have landed in your spam folder. Just get in touch with us at leden@splendoramsterdam.com.

How can I see which concerts I've reserved for?

Go to www.splendor.stager.nl/web and click on the menu at the top left corner (three lines). Click on 'Mijn Tickets'. There will appear an overview of the tickets that you've already purchased.

Hoe kan ik in een oogopslag zien voor welke concerten ik kaarten kan kopen?

1. Ga naar splendor.stager.nl/web/tickets. (Je komt nu in de webshop, 'de gebruikerskant' van de Splendorwebsite.) Je ziet nu een lange lijst concerten. Als je erop klikt klapt het open en zie je de prijzen. Om de ledenprijzen te zien moet je eerst inloggen.

2. Klik linksboven op het menu (drie streepjes) en kies voor ‘LOG IN’

3. Vul je e-mailadres in én het door jou zelf gekozen wachtwoord

4. Klik op de witte knop naast ‘Log In’


How can I reserve tickets for two members at the same time?

We can combine two accounts so that you can order tickets while just logging in once. If you'd like to use this service, send an email to leden@splendoramsterdam.com with the account information for both members. IMPORTANT: please state which of the two emails addresses you would like to log in with, this service only works for one email address.

When does my membership run out?

The Splendor membership can begin in any month and is automatically renewed if you've given us permission to do so. If you've made a one-time payment of € 120, your membership will begin in the month of your payment until the same month one year later.

How can I renew my membership?

The Splendor membership is automatically renewed if you've given us permission to do so. If you've made a one-time payment of € 120, you'll receive a timely email asking you to renew.

How can I cancel my membership?

The Splendor membership is automatically renewed if you've given us permission to do so. If you've like to cancel, send us an email at leden@splendoramsterdam.com.

I've reserved a ticket but can't use it. What now?

The concerts are popular, so if you're not able to use your ticket, please let us know at helaas@splendoramsterdam.com. Your seat will be free for another member now!

How can I donate to Splendor?

Not only is it possible to donate to Splendor, but supporting us by a donation may have significant tax advantages. Read here for more information.
