First of all, thank you. As a Splendor Member you help make possible our meeting place, club, workspace, musical laboratory and much, much more.

Splendor is a place where musicians and public come closer together. Music is a majestic and essential part of life. It connects people through experience as well as emotion. In Splendor, this is what we celebrate every day.

Especially for you

In exchange for your support, you get free admission to all Member concerts: each event is unique and personally conceived of by a Splendor artist. You can easily find the concerts in our calendar simply by selecting the "Member concert"' filter. Order your free Member ticket by clicking on "Tickets' and log in.

In addition, you get the Splendor Member discount on other events in Splendor as well. For you, the front door is always open.

Member Pass

All members receive a Member Pass. The barcode on your pass is your admission ticket for all member concerts: that means you never have to print a ticket again. Whether you buy a ticket for €0 for a Member concert or a discount ticket for regular concert, our system keeps track of all your tickets automatically and links them to your Member Pass.

When you bring a guest to a Member concert, buy one ticket at €0 for yourself and one for €16 for your guest. Both tickets are linked to your pass so there's no need to print anything. Just let our ticket manager scan your pass twice.

I've just became a Splendor member, when do receive my Member Pass?

We'll mail your Splendor Member Pass within a week of your registration.

I've lost my Member Pass or haven't yet received it but want to attend to a concert now! What should I do?

No problem, we'll be able to find you in our system. We'll always send your Member Pass as quickly as possible in order to keep the lines at the door as short as possible!

How can I reserve my free member ticket or discount ticket?

Splendor members can log into our ticket shop where the special member prices appear. For member concerts, the price is € 0. For other concerts, members receive a discount.


Logging in works like this:


1. Go to splendor.stager.nl/web/tickets

2.Click in the upper left hand corner in the menu (three lines) and choose 'LOG IN.'

3. Fill in your email address AND the password you've chosen.

4. Click on the white button next to 'Log In'

A long list of concerts will now appear. When you click on a concert, the member price will appear.

I've forgotten my password, what now?

Click here and fill in your email address. Make sure that this email address is the same one you've used before. Click on the white button to the right of 'Reset' and you'll receive an email from 'Splendor - Tickets' right away. The email will contain a link to create a new password.

I want to change my password, how do I that?

I don't remember which email address I've used with Splendor

Send us an email at leden@splendoramsterdam.com and let us know which email you'd like to use from now on. We'll replace the old one and email you a confirmation.

I'm not able to reserve a ticket, what's going on?

These are the most common problems:

- Perhaps you've already reserved a ticket for the same concert. Read below how you can check this yourself.

- A membership is always linked to only one email address. When you try to order tickets with a different email address, the system won't be able to recognize you. Always use the same email address to log in.

- one of your house mates is still logged into the ticket system and needs to log out first. To log out, have them go to the menu in the left hand upper corner (three lines) and click on 'LOG OUT. Now you can log in with your own email address and password. The member price will now appear. Note: if you'd like to use the same email address to order tickets, see below: How can I reserve tickets for two members at the same time?

- Your membership has expired. Perhaps you've missed the reminder to renew. Or it could have landed in your spam folder. Just get in touch with us at leden@splendoramsterdam.com.

How can I see which concerts I've reserved for?

Go to www.splendor.stager.nl/web and click on the menu at the top left corner (three lines). Click on "Mijn Tickets." There will appear an overview of the tickets that you've already purchased

How can I reserve tickets for two members at the same time?

We can combine two accounts so that you can order tickets while just logging in once. If you'd like to use this service, send an email to leden@splendoramsterdam.com with the account information for both members. IMPORTANT: please state which of the two emails addresses you would like to log in with, this service only works with one email address.

When does my membership run out?

The Splendor membership can begin in any month and is automatically renewed if you've given us permission to do so. If you've made a one-time payment of €100, your membership will begin in the month of your payment until the same month one year later.

How can I renew my membership?

The Splendor membership is automatically renewed if you've given us permission to do so. If you've made a one-time payment of €100, you'll receive a timely email asking you to renew.

How can I cancel my membership?

The Splendor membership is automatically renewed if you've given us permission to do so. If you've like to cancel, send us an email at leden@splendoramsterdam.com.

I've reserved a ticket but can't use it. What now?

The member concerts are often full, so if you're not able to use your ticket, please let us know at leden@splendoramsterdam.com. Make someone on the waiting list happy!

How can I donate to Splendor?

Not only is it possible to donate to Splendor, but supporting us by a donation may have significant tax advantages. Read here for more information.
