Finally, after a process that literally (...) took years, it's happening!
Starting tonight, the name SPLENDOR will proudly shine on our beautiful building, in the very spot where the words "Municipal Bathhouse" once stood. Designer Walter Russ created a custom typeface especially for us, one that harmonizes beautifully with the Amsterdam School architecture of the former bathhouse.

With this unveiling, a long-cherished dream is coming true—a dream that began as a dream and, after countless meetings, permit applications, endless testing, and an extraordinary amount of patience, has resulted in something we are truly proud of.

Of course, we’ll be celebrating this milestone in style. At 20:00, the curtain will drop, and we’ll finally see the signage in all its glory. Then, around 20:30, the building will fill with music performed by a wonderful array of Splendor musicians and dear colleagues. At 22:00, a second unveiling—perhaps even more festive—will take place, as we light up the new signage for the first time. Splendor has never shone this brightly!

Naturally, we want to celebrate this milestone with as many of our members as possible. We hope you’ll be there!
