Live Reeds
Dianto Reed Quintet & Anne GentenaarLive Reeds is an immersive concert where contemporary chamber music meets live visual art. Alongside Dianto Reed Quintet, visual artist Anne Gentenaar, from Studio de Maan will create live visuals throughout the concert, inspired by the repertoire and responding to the music in real time, creating a dialogue between sound and image. The programme features commissioned works written for the quintet by Primo Ish-Hurwitz, Julian Schneemann, Arjan Linker, Ramin Amin, Fuensanta Méndez, Jaime Peña, and the world premiere of a new work by Max Knigge.
Known for their dynamic stage presence and innovative performances, Dianto offers a unique concert experience in which the visual world unfolds and transforms live alongside the music, inviting the audience to discover how sound can take shape through images.
