When you ask an average classical radio listener what their first association with “baroque music” is, the names will most likely be Bach, Monteverdi, Telemann or Vivaldi. But there is so much more to it. Take a look at other arts, for example, and you will discover that there are (or have been) many other artists who might be less known, but nevertheless created beautiful masterpieces. The same with music! It is very nice to hold on to what we know, but with some courage we can also jump into the unknown and become the discoverers of new music, which can take us to a fantastic and rich world of the Baroque period.

Member concert
Splendor can only be the independent and free hub that it is, thanks to the members who support us. We pay them back with our specialty: music. Every year, all Splendor musicians play one concert that's free for this crucial group to whom Splendor owes its everyday existence.
