Chocolade is niet alleen zoet en lekker; het heeft ook een donkere kant die aan het licht gebracht moet worden. Net als vele andere planten, gewassen en mensen is cacao een migrant die ons zowel geïnspireerd als tot slaaf gemaakt heeft met zijn magie.

Cacao heeft de mensheid betoverd, dromen geïnspireerd en tegelijkertijd een cyclus van verslavende productie en consumptie gevoed die soms leidde tot zowel fysieke als mentale slavernij.

Er is echter een nieuwe stem aan het ontstaan in de wereld van cacao - een frisse benadering en bewustwording die we met dit evenement willen verkennen en presenteren. We zijn op zoek naar een nieuw lied en een nieuw verhaal over cacao.

Tijdens dit evenement zul je het geluid en het verhaal horen en we zullen je ook begeleiden om de magie van de cacaoceremonie te ervaren.

Chocolate is not only sweet and indulgent; it also has a dark side that needs to be brought into the light. Like many other plants, crops and people, cacao is a migrant that has both inspired and enslaved us with its magic.

Cacao has captivated humanity, inspiring dreams while fueling a cycle of addictive production and consumption that, at times, led to both physical and mental enslavement.

However, a new voice is emerging in the world of cacao—a fresh approach and awarness we aim to explore and present through this event. We are seeking a new song and a new narrative about cacao.

During this event, you will hear the sound and story and we will also guide you to experience the magic of cacao ceremony.
