Danilo Rojas and Nick Haywood play in the Netherlands for the first time. Mike del Ferro hosts them in Splendor during a one-off concert.

Tradition meets innovation, and vice versa, in this eclectic duo, where improvisation is a vital part. Rojas and Haywood will play original compositions as well as standards from Latin America and Australia. Danilo Rojas, the son of the iconic Bolivian composer Gilberto Rojas, has been living in Melbourne, Australia, since 2012. Bassist Nick Haywood represents one of the finest jazz musicians from Australia.
