CONCERT 5PM - Nieuw Amsterdams Klarinet Kwartet 15th Anniversary

On Sunday, July 6th, from 12:00 to 18:00 at Splendor Amsterdam, the Nieuw Amsterdams Klarinet Kwartet (NAKK) will celebrate its 15th anniversary. Throughout the day, there will be a variety of activities for clarinetists, clarinet enthusiasts, music lovers, and puzzle fans of all ages.

Ensembles that include at least one clarinetist can register for a coaching session with members of the NAKK. This is a unique opportunity for amateur musicians to work with the NAKK and take their playing to the next level.

There’s also the chance to participate in The Classical Escape – the world’s very first escape room themed around classical music! This special project was developed by the NAKK in collaboration with The Royal Concertgebouw and is usually only available to school groups. On this NAKK Day, everyone gets a rare chance to experience this musical adventure and puzzle their way out of the escape room.

Clarinet fans who don’t play themselves are also warmly welcome to come and enjoy the atmosphere and listen to the beautiful music. The NAKK will give a short concert at the end of the day (around 17:00), followed by a reception to close the event.
