An ode to the legendary Toots Thielemans
This evening Splendor musician and jazz pianist Mike del Ferro honours the legendary Toots Thielemans, with whom he performed regularly all over the world for a period of 10 years. This year Toots Thielemans (1922-2016) would have turned 100. Mike will present a programme with brand new arrangements of songs that Toots loved to play, and with new repertoire in the spirit of Toots. A musical journey filled with warmth and emotions, but above all an ode to a musical genius who moved us all with his endearing personality.
