The classically trained Marta Klimasara's master class provides the opportunity for the participants to delve into the depths of the marimba with a true master in her field.

Marta Klimasara has a great reputation as a teacher. Her class at the Hochschule für Musik in Stuttgart is one of the leading in Europe. As a performer she is much in demand for chamber music projects and solo performances, both as a marimbist and as an all-round percussionist. It is precisely this combination that makes her special because she can switch well between all the different percussion techniques on all instruments.

The renowned Polish percussionist rose to fame in 2001 when she won the First prize at the prestigious ARD competition in Munich as well as the audience prize that year.

As a much sought-after performing musician and teacher, Klimasara collaborates with orchestras all over the world.
